Eric Strack: Professional Engineer, Owner
Eric lives in the Brookside Neighborhood of Kansas City, Missouri, alongside his wife Jenny and their six children. He enjoys finding old things—houses, cars, tools— then works to restore them to usable condition. Active within his church and his son's Boy Scout Troop, Eric embodies the values of honesty, hard work, family, and faith in all aspects of his life. The idea for Keystone KC Foundation Repair was born out of Eric's passion for helping others. As a licensed engineer, Eric started by offering advice to friends and neighbors. Quickly, he identified a crucial need in the market for high-quality, comprehensive foundation repairs that solved problems the first time around. This realization fueled his journey to bridge the gap and create Keystone KC to produce unmatched foundation repair solutions!
Ronnie Settles: Head of Operations & Sales
Ronnie Settles is the head of operations and sales at Keystone KC. He comes to the position with 20 years of foundation repair and waterproofing experience. He has done it all, from fieldwork to sales to owning his own business. His knowledge of structural loads, construction materials, and engineering principles sets him apart from the competition. When not designing structural and waterproofing repairs for clients, Ronnie enjoys riding motorcycles, listening to live music, and playing pool. His passion for family, entrepreneurial spirit, and empathy for clients drive him to give the best service possible. You can also find him playing catch with his beloved Australian Shepherd, Sampson.
