Poly-Lifting

POly-Lifting SOLUTIONS

Do you need polylifting solutions? Here's what you need to look out for...

What You See:

  • Uneven Floors: If you notice that your basement floor is uneven, sloping, or has areas that seem lower than others, it could be a sign of settlement or soil erosion beneath the foundation.
  • Cracks in the Floor: Cracks in the basement floor can be indicative of underlying foundation issues. These cracks may vary in size, and their presence could suggest movement or settling.
  • Gaps Between Walls and Floor: Gaps or separations between the basement walls and the floor are a sign that the foundation may be shifting. These gaps may appear near corners or along the perimeter of the basement.
  • Pooling Water: Water pooling in specific areas of the basement may indicate uneven settling, affecting the drainage slope.
  • Sinking or Settling Exterior Concrete: If you notice other concrete surfaces, such as sidewalks, driveways, or patio slabs, sinking or settling, it could be a sign of soil issues that may also affect the basement floor.
Here's where we come in...

The Solution:

Efficient Leveling: Polylifting quickly corrects uneven floors and sunken exterior concrete, such as driveways and patios, by injecting high-density polyurethane foam beneath the surface. This not only levels the concrete but also stabilizes the underlying soil to prevent future settling.

Crack Sealing and Structural Integrity: The injected foam fills cracks and gaps, enhancing the foundation’s durability and preventing water infiltration, which can lead to further damage.

Improved Drainage: By leveling sloped or uneven areas, polylifting aids in effective water drainage, preventing pooling and protecting your property from water damage.

Tailored to Your Needs: We customize the polylifting process to address the specific conditions of your property, ensuring optimal results.
