Solution:
The installation of an interior footing drainage system below the slab around the perimeter of the structure. Backfilled with granular backfill and covered with concrete, this option is rarely seen by those not in the industry. The only above grade clue is the hydro channel at the edge of the wall which is a plastic piece which allows any water coming from a wall to run directly into the perimeter drain. The perimeter drain then conveys water to the sump pump where it is safely discharged away from the building.
