Solution:
Used when the wall which is leaning or bowed is opposite a walkout area of the basement or a garage and the wall on the opposite side does not have a soil burden to push against. Involves driving a threaded rod out into the yard and into a steel plate which is buried in the yard. Then tension is applied, this requires on-going maintenance quarterly to ensure tension is maintained.
